Client: ARISE+ Indonesia

The main objective of this assignment is to prepare a draft ECCB strategy document to support GoI in framing a proposal to the EU in the context of the CEPA. The strategy document will identify Indonesia’s main supply side constraints in key services sectors that may be impacted by the CEPA as well as those where more opportunities may be created by the CEPA (including by boosting export of goods) and ensure the benefit of CEPA to Indonesian services suppliers. The document will recommend a response strategy that will support the MoT in preparing a negotiation position, especially for the ECCB chapter.
