class=\"op_shortdetail\"><p><b>Client: Credit Access Asia (CAA)<\/b><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2019, Svara Institute (formerly Presisi Indonesia) was hired by CAA to conduct study on <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">co-living<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in Jakarta. At this point, CAA attempted to provide better services to the young professionals migrating to urban areas (in Indonesia and Philippines), via the provision of affordable co-living housing solutions <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">co-living<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to provide innovative and affordable co-living solutions. This means a combination of accommodation plus shared ambience\/utilities\/services favoring social relationships).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The accommodation<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of which was targeted to young professionals living in Asian metros, out of their original families houses and to overcome the problem related to the lack of (or constrained availability of) land in central areas of targeted metros, by re-engineering residential buildings by designing and \u201cproducing\u201d modular buildings which can be sustainably be removed and re-allocated every 10-15 years, opening up the opportunity to position such buildings on long-leased lands.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The scope of research included studying the supply of similar concept in<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">existing<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">market and identifying the demand of <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">co-living<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight:
